South Englewood Business Improvement District (BID)

The South Broadway Englewood Business Improvement District (BID) is a special assessment district designed to improve the economic vitality and overall commercial appeal of The South Broadway corridor in Englewood, Colo.  Comprised of commercial properties facing South Broadway between Yale and Hampden, the BID was formed in 2007 to provide services including marketing, advocacy and clean & safe services through the annual budget.
