SOUTH BROADWAY ENGLEWOOD BID


The South Broadway Mile is a neighborhood retail district organized and maintained by business and property owners with support from the City of Englewood in Colorado.  Overseeing the area programming and budget is The South Broadway Englewood Business Improvement District (BID), managed by a volunteer BID board of directors.  A BID is a quasi-governmental entity supported by volunteers and funded through a portion of property taxes.

Board members are nominated by their peers and approved by Englewood City Council.

South Broadway Englewood BID Board Meeting Dates


South Broadway Englewood BID Board meetings are open to all constituents.  An agenda is posted prior to the meeting.  Agenda items include committee updates, reports and new project discussion.  The agenda also offers a section for public comment and new ideas. 

 

South Broadway Englewood BID Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. at a site TBA.
